43 years old, I like to stay active in many different ways from hiking to ballroom dancing. Also like to rollerblade in the summer. Winter there is hockey and skiing.

Favorite hikes

Yamnuska is one of my favourites because it is close to Calgary, challenging without killing you and the scree run down is soooo much fun. The cliffs terrify me, I have to crawl to the edge on my belly to look over the edge.
