Chester Lake Snowshoe Trail

I went on this trek yesterday. Fantastic conditions. This was my first time to Chester and I was surprised to see one of those plastic bathrooms and some other development. Does anyone know is this stuff set up for camping in the area.

Went snowshoeing today to Chester Lake, great conditions, lots of snow. I have trouble imagining that all of the trails in Peter Lougheed are not in fantastic shape.
